Is the jewelry hand-crafted?

Yes, all designs and pieces are carefully hand-crafted in a studio located in Puerto Rico. 

Do we have a physical store?

Yes! Our studio store is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is available by appointment. 🤍

What happens if I order the wrong size?

You may ship the item back to us for resizing. Additional shipping costs apply. We also sell a ring sizer that you can buy and to find out your correct size. 

Do you do custom orders?

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend knowing your ring size before ordering, especially when creating a ring stack. Visit our Ring Size Guide for tips on finding your best fit.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a dry place when you're not wearing it and avoid prolonged exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and salt water. Gently clean your pieces as needed using a soft cloth.
